This print server is also running HP and Samsung printers, and none of these have had any problems. For all of these I have used the latest print driver from the internet. But this is happening on all 3 toshiba printers, which were installed at different times. I've contacted Toshiba support and their suggestion was to completely remove the print driver from the server and re-install it. The question is why does this happen? and how do I stop it from happening again? ![]() In order to get print jobs through again I need to restart the print spooler service on the server and the flood gates are open again. The printer is still responding through http without any errors. There doesn't seem to be any other explanation as to what has gone wrong. ![]() When I login to the print server the printer will say in it's status "Error". They're all setup to print through a Server 2008 R2 server.Įvery so oftern print jobs will stop for a printer. ![]() All of them are different models and have different drivers.
